Reconditioned 3 Phase 150 KVA Sciaky Circumferential Seam Welder.. 36” throat, 85,000 amp secondary, diaphragm weld head with 53:1 ratio, retraction, tip dress, and forge, 5 volt secondary with upper drive. home

Reconditioned 3 Phase 200 KVA Sciaky Universal Seam Welder with both circumferential and longitudinal arms. 48” throat, 85,000 amp secondary, diaphragm weld head with 50:1 ratio, retraction, tip dress, and forge, 5.5 volt secondary with upper drive.

Both machines have a new Intertron 302B Weld Control, 1600 amp SCR 3 Phase contactor, both upper and lower weld heads are rebuilt with new Timken bearings, insulators, seals, all new air valves, regulators, filter, gauges, airlines and diaphragm, all new electrical wiring with new 3 stage foot switch, new regenerative SCR speed control, new valves, new water lines, also set-up for external cooling of weld wheels with two jets for both upper and lower weld wheels. All machines are demonstrated under power on application at JANDA, plus include a one day training on machine operation. All rebuilds come with a new machine warranty.
