Dimple Type with Automatic Feed Tables—For the welding of stainless steel tanks

• Machine has 4 (or 5) 85 KVA dual secondary transformers, that can be connected for cascade or simultaneous welding
• 16 (20) triple piston weld heads with 17-1 ratio
• Both front & rear feed tables use aluminum clamp dies mounted on common shift plates that automatically shift part “in” 1 1/2”
• Hinged front feed table elevates part over weld die during shift
• Upper gun plate rides on “THK” bearings and automatically shifts left-right 1 1/2”
• Machine has both forward and reverse switch which allows operator to shift panel only
• Machine cycle time for welding with all 16 guns and index is less than 2 1/2 seconds
